Office development of 35 000 sq ft over five floors taking the building back to shell and refurbishing and refitting.

This row of iron-framed, brick frontage warehouses in the Underwood Conservation Area was constructed in 1908. The buildings originally housed paper production and distribution but had become a single user office for many years with underwhelming interior spaces, suspended ceilings and exhausted fit-outs hiding the character and historic fabric. Significant structural repair and refurbishment was required within a demanding budget.
